GROUP COURSE (6 weeks): £39*
The price includes hand outs, 50ml bottle of 100% pure, organic, cold pressed sunflower oil and refreshments.
Once the 6 week course has been completed, a certificate will be awarded and you may then attend the drop-in sessions.
DROP-IN SESSIONS: £5 per week
A discount is available for block bookings of 5 or 10 sessions, with costs of £23 and £45 respectively.
INDIVIDUAL / PRIVATE CLASSES (6 weeks): £88
These can be in the comfort of your own home or mine. If you have a friend that you wish to have the class with then I may be able to offer a small discount.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a £10, non refundable deposit. The balance of the fees are due at the start of the first session. We regret that no refunds can be made for sessions missed without reasonable prior notice.

*If your preference is to hold the classes in the comfort of your own home, then there is ia nominal charge made for travel. The cost of travel is dependent upon location. Only an extra £1 per person per week for group classes within a 5 mile radius. Please phone for prices outside of the 5 mile radius. (minimum class size of 4).
